ForexVPS customer service is very bad. They claimed they couldn’t delete credit card details and kept charging unauthorized invoices despite cancellation requests.
I signed up for Forex Box’s VPS expecting stable performance for my Forex trading, but it was a nightmare. The server kept freezing, orders were delayed, and I lost money because of their poor infrastructure. Their customer support took days to respond and offered no real solution. There are many better VPS providers out there; don’t make the same mistake I did.
