Avoid Lux Trading Firm at all costs! Their customer service is abysmal, and their promises are empty. Lost money and trust. Stay away!

Lux services are not good and up to date. The spread can be excessively high at times. There are better options available that provide more accurate market simulations.

My dashboard hasn’t updated all week and support won’t fix it. Being told to start a new account is ridiculous. System unreliable. Avoid Lux Trading.

Be aware of hidden limitations. The one million account allows minimal drawdown, making the profit target extremely hard to achieve.
