I cancelled my membership over three months ago, but the company continues to bill my card every month. Despite repeatedly emailing support, I have not received a clear explanation, proper resolution, or refund. This has been an incredibly stressful experience, and I am very disappointed with what I consider to be an unprofessional approach to billing and customer service.
