Friendly, helpful and explains exactly how to solve the problems you are having from not understanding how something works. I don't buy many to tools or indicators or bots, I think I literally have bought 3 in the past and trade manager from Investsoft was my 4th. I am most definitely satisfied on all fronts. From customer support. To the look and feel of trade manager that I don't want to trade without it. It's a must have tool for any professional trader and I will gladly recommend it to anyone who is serious about trading, Top quality.
