Based on my experience with other exchanges, I must say that Binance is the one that gives me the least amount of problems. In the past, I had a few issues and customer service was fast and reliable.
I spent more than an hour with customer service trying to verify my residential address and we couldn't do it, it's unbelievable that you can't do and enter the verification manually.
