The amount of exposure is determined by the trader's goals and risk tolerance. It is impossible to determine it from a single approach for a trader.

Generally, traders who are optimistic about an asset will have more exposure to it than those who are neutral or bearish about it. Alternatively, if someone anticipates a certain investment doing well, then they will have a higher exposure to it than other assets.

The influx of new traders, combined with the increasing popularity of digital trading platforms, has led to an increase in potential pitfalls for investors. One of the most common pitfalls is the exposure to trades, which can lead to significant financial loss. To protect yourself against these exposures, it's important to set your expectations clearly before entering into a trade and take care not to be swayed by other signals while trading.
