What is Share Market?
It is a place where shares of pubic listed companies are traded. The primary market is where companies float shares to the general public in an initial public offering (IPO) to raise capital.
The share market is where shares are bought and sold. In general, a share represents ownership of a certain company where it was purchased. As an example, if you buy 10 shares of Rs 200 each of the XYZ company, you automatically become a shareholder. As a result, you will have the opportunity to sell XYZ shares at any time.
