What is customer objection handling?
Objection handling refers to a set of measures you use to persuade a client to purchase a product. In this case, it is the seller's responsibility to listen to the client's claims (disagreement) and present his arguments for buying the goods and services. While the reasons for objections may differ, most often there are five that are common: your cost is too high, I don't need the goods yet, the quality is poor, there are no material opportunities for purchasing products; and you need to bargain (don't say it out loud).
Customer objection handling is the process of dealing with customers when they refuse to buy your product, service, or otherwise. It is important to know what reasons customers may have for refusing your offer in order to respond in a way that will keep them happy and interested in your business.
