The difference between one trading session and the other is in the time, and the interesting thing is that volatility can happen in any given session, it is just about the factors that move the price up to and down in the market, this may be a news announcement or anything else for that matter.
I think that European and the American trading sessions are the most beneficial trading sessions as with this we can make a good amount. Whenever I make a big amount of profits that come from either the European or the American session only so I just try to trade more in these two sessions than the other ones.
