The accumulation and distribution indicator is a popular MT4 indicator for MetaTrader 4. This one is similar to the On Balance Volume indicator in some ways. It does, however, have one significant distinction. It also considers the trading range for the period rather than just the closing price of the security for the period.
As a result, when compared to the OBV, this is thought to provide a more accurate depiction of money flow. The fact that the instrument is approaching the trading range's midpoint and the line is continuing to rise indicates that there is increased buying pressure. As a result, the line's downward movement indicates that there is increased pressure to sell that particular security.
