NinjaTrader has low trading fees; its futures fees are among the lowest among its competitors. The desktop platform and research tools are excellent for experienced traders. There is quality educational material available to get you started. So highly recommended.

Terrible customer service; there is no one to assist you; dealing with a company like this is impossible; they should be out of business.

NinjaTrader is too complicated and expensive for beginners. I would not recommend it to anyone who is new to trading.
