What is the ideal profit and capital target in the forex?
1. Profit targets will definitely be related to capital. I think that a good minimum capital is $200 with a profit target of around 5% per month. A realistic target like this could be above that, but DD will inevitably suffer in the future. As a result, if it is around 60% a year, this is a realistic target that is set by the bank for those who use funded accounts. With 30% free capital, the profits target is two times the free capital with a tolerance for losses.

Therefore, when the 30% free capital was lost or exhausted, investors will immediately withdraw all funds remaining and close the account since the trader is considered to have failed. When we run the capital from our own pockets, we should compound the profits and grow the initial capital while setting aside some profits to increase the account balance. It is safe to say that if managed properly, the method could generate hundreds of thousands and even tens of thousands of dollars, there are actually many traders who have succeeded using this method.

2. Choosing targets and capital for forex trading is of course very different from one trader to another trader. Understanding and experience, as well as ability in trading all, have a great impact on the acquisition of profit, even when capital is relatively the same. Obviously, in this case, the trader needs to strike the right balance between capital and targets while adjusting to his abilities.
